About Me
I am a Software Engineer at Meta in NYC. I work in AI Infrastructure on development tools for feature engineering. Previously, I was in Data Infrastructure working on programming models for large-scale data warehouses. I can be reached at scottas@meta.com.
Prior to my current position, I was a Research Staff Member with IBM Research at T. J. Watson Research Center for a decade. I earned my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech under the guidance of Dimitris Nikolopoulos, a Master’s in Computer Science from William & Mary, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science also from Virginia Tech.
